What is FangScout?
A property viewing service for people outside China. We send someone to the address, walk you through it on a live video call, and send you the recording and an English report.
How much does it cost?
Lite Check $149, Pro Check $299 and Elite Check $549 per property. FangScout Insider, our weekly briefing and members' group, is $9.90 a month.
Which cities do you cover?
We start in Hunan, including Changsha and Yiyang, and are adding Shanghai, Shenzhen, Sanya and Dali. Other cities on request. We confirm that someone can visit before you pay, or refund in full.
Can you check who owns the property?
No. In China, property registration records are generally open only to the owner or someone they authorize. We can photograph documents the owner chooses to show, but we don't verify them.

FangScout is a brand of SortLease LLC, a Wyoming company, with a viewing team based in Hunan, China.
Is this legal or investment advice?
